Marie Sharp’s heirloom habaneros have been stunning culinary aficionados, like yourself, since 1981. It takes many years to produce a new pepper cultivar. Marie has spent this time creating her hottest pepper to date. A little less than a year ago, after seven generations of planting, she announced “I have a new sauce, from my new pepper, and it packs a sting boy!”

There’s nothing subtle about this sauce. Still the same great flavour you’ve come to trust from Marie Sharp’s but this is a 12 out of 6 as far as heat goes. Marie Sharp has to rewrite her rating scale now!
