For all returns/exchanges please contact us at info@keddies.com prior to shipping your order back to us.

Holiday Return Policy

If you need to return an item purchased as a gift please inform us by Jan 13, 2020 at info@keddies.com. To be eligible for a refund the item must be received back by no later than Jan 31, 2020. For any returns received after Jan 31, 2020 an online store credit will be provided.

Return Policy

We accept returns on the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to inform us of your intent to return the items

  • Items must be returned to us within 30 days of placing your order to receive a full refund. Store credit will be given for items received back over 30 days.

  • Receipt and tags must be enclosed & item(s) must be in new condition 

  • All Return Shipping Charges must be PREPAID (Keddie's is not responsible for shipping, handling or any other additional charges for returned items and we do not accept C.O.D shipments)

  • After 90 days of initially placing your order, if we have not received your items for return, we will mark your return request as closed.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to inform us of your intent to exchange the items. At that time we will see if the item you are exchanging it for is in stock and put it on hold until we receive your item back.

  • All Return Shipping Charges must be PREPAID (Keddie's is not responsible for shipping, handling or any other additional charges for returned items and we do not accept C.O.D shipments)

  • If your order initially qualified for free shipping you will not be required to pay shipping charges on exchanged items being shipped back to you otherwise regular shipping charges will apply.
  • Receipt and tags must be enclosed & item(s) must be in new condition
  • If your item is not received back within 30 days of placing your order, any item that was being held will be placed off-hold and store credit given if item is no longer available at time of exchange.

  • After 90 days from placing your order if your item has not been received back, we will mark your exchange request as closed.

Exclusions

Bits: We do not accept returns or exchanges on bits, due to bio-security reasons.
Earrings: We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygienic reasons.
Clearance Items: Please note all clearance items are final sale.
