Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
For all online order returns or exchanges, please contact us at info@keddies.com before sending your item back.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original order date for a full refund
- Returns received after 30 days will be issued as store credit
- Items must be unused, in new condition, with all original tags attached
- A copy of your receipt must be included
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- All return shipments must be prepaid (we do not accept C.O.D. shipments)
If we do not receive your return within 60 days of your request, it will be considered closed.
Exchanges
We’re happy to help you exchange your item for something that works better.
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange
- We will confirm availability and place the requested item on hold
- Items must be returned in new condition with tags and receipt included
Shipping for Exchanges:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer (prepaid only)
- If your original order qualified for free shipping, we’ll cover shipping on the exchanged item back to you
- Otherwise, standard shipping rates will apply
If your return is not received within 30 days, held items will be released. If unavailable at that time, store credit will be issued.
Exchange requests not completed within 30 days will be marked as closed.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bits (biosecurity reasons)
- Earrings (hygienic reasons)
- Clearance items
