Keddie's strives to process all orders in an efficient manner. We have taken every effort to ensure accuracy in our online store, however errors and technical issues may occur.
Most orders are shipped either Canada Post or Purolator Courier. Loomis Courier is also available upon request.
Please note: We do not accept 3rd party shipping carriers.
CANADIAN SHIPPING RATES
- Orders $199 and more receive free shipping within Canada
- Orders under $199 receive a flat fee dependent on the region.
- Shipping Carrier: Your order will be shipped either via Canada Post or Courier depending upon shipping rates.
- Express Shipping: We offer a fast shipping option, the rate dependent on the region. Your order will be shipped using the most efficient service within the chosen rate. If we cannot get your order to you any faster than Expedited Canada Post, we will refund your express shipping fee. If the cost to express ship is above and beyond the rate you chose we will contact you to discuss your options.
- Orders with a PO/Box# for a shipping address can only be sent via Canada Post.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING RATES
- Orders shipping to the USA are charged shipping based on estimated weight.
- Shipping will be calculated at checkout. Please see the Shipping Weight/Rate Chart below:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We also ship overseas to select countries via Canada Post's International Surface Mail. Shipping Fee will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you wish to place an International order please contact us with your address for a Shipping Quote.
SHIPPING TIMES
Timely delivery of your order is dependent on the availability of our inventory.
If any items on your order are out of stock, we will notify you and advise you of your options and take every measure to correct these circumstances in a timely manner.
Our limited shipping staff works Monday-Friday, with the exception of Holidays. We do our best to fill and ship your order as quickly and efficiently as we can. Thank you for your patience.
All shipments include a tracking number.
Lost or stolen packages, inclement weather delays, are beyond our control and we are not able to compensate for these occurrences.
