Please note: Due to high order volume, most shipping services suspend their garanteed delivery times in December. We promise to do our best to get your order out the door as soon as possible so it has the best chance of making it to it's destination on time.

Fragile, breakable items are shipped at the CUSTOMER'S RISK.
Keddie's will not be held responsible for items broken during shipping.
All items are inspected before leaving our warehouse.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
-Purchases made between November 1st and December 24th, 2025 are subject to an extended return/exchange policy.
-We accept returns/exchanges from Christmas on the following conditions:
-The purchaser must inform us of their intent to return the items. Please email info@keddies.com with your full name and order number if you have it handy.
-Receipt and tags must be enclosed & item(s) must be in new, unworn condition
-All Return Shipping Charges must be PREPAID (Keddie's is not responsible for shipping, handling or any other additional charges for returned items and we do not accept C.O.D shipments). If your order qualifies for free shipping, your exchanged item will be returned to you at no shipping cost.
-Your item(s) that you are wanting to return must be delivered to us before or on January 30th, 2026.
-After January 30th 2026, if we have not received your items, we will mark your return request as closed.
EXCLUSIONS
Bits: We do not accept returns or exchanges on bits, due to bio-security reasons.
Earrings: We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygienic reasons.
Clearance Items: Please note all clearance items are final sale.
